FMS Agents is the ambassadorial unit of the School of Film & Media Studies. I've been a part of the CCA as a club member since 2020, but as an executive member since 2021.

My time in Agents has been nothing short of fruitful, memorable and full of laughter. When I first started this journey with the Student Management Team (SMT), it was really hard for me to adjust and open up to new individuals, but over time, I found myself gravitating to these individuals more than my own classmates. As a Human Resource member, I've had the joy of teaching tour scripts to freshmen, answering any questions that they may have, guiding freshmen to giving engaging and informative tours, as well as coming up with new content every week for General Meetings. 

I'm glad to say that Agents has made me step out of my comfort zone more often as I had to learn to trust and connect with a whole new team, but that was an easy task because all the lovely EXCO members were nothing but friendly and wholesome. 

From Red Camp+ to Open House events, I've learnt to be more confident in public speaking, although I still feel that there's improvement in that area, and I've learnt to better manage my time given all the academic and external commitments I had aside from Agents. It has exposed me to new people that I've gotten the great pleasure of knowing, and have become good friends with. Throughout my time in Agents, I've learnt so much from others about communication as well as learning to be adaptable to time-pressured situations. I've also found myself with the great opportunities of giving tours to parents and students, and I could not be more thankful for the chance to grow!

The memories that I've made in Agents are enough to make up my entire time in polytechnic. The individuals and the club as a whole have given me an experience of a lifetime, and I would love to go through this run as an EXCO member with this team all over again.
